What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Deck Medic may require franchisees and their Operating Managers to participate in supplemental on-site training at their discretion. This supplemental training may be required if the franchisee is not meeting what Deck Medic considers to be System performance standards.
If Deck Medic determines that on-site training is necessary, it will be provided within the franchisee's Operating Territory. The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with this training.
The supplemental training fee is currently $600 per on-site trainer per day. In addition to the daily training fee, the franchisee must also reimburse Deck Medic for travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by the trainer.
