When is the Deck Medic royalty fee due each month?

According to Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the royalty fee, which is 6% of gross sales, is due monthly on the second Wednesday of each month. Deck Medic will automatically debit the royalty fee from the franchisee's bank account through ACH or another designated method.

It is important for prospective Deck Medic franchisees to note that they must deposit all gross sales into a designated bank account that is subject to ACH authorization. Franchisees are also required to install and use pre-authorized payment systems, point of sale systems, credit card processing, automatic payment systems, automated banking, electronic debit, and/or electronic funds transfer systems that Deck Medic designates.

Furthermore, franchisees are responsible for covering all service charges and fees imposed by their bank to ensure Deck Medic can electronically debit the necessary amounts. This mandatory electronic payment system ensures timely and consistent royalty payments to Deck Medic, while also placing the onus on the franchisee to manage their accounts and systems to accommodate these automatic deductions.
