Grant of Franchise We will grant to you the right to operate the Franchised Business within a designated operating territory. (Franchise Agreement, Article 2);
Site Review and Approval of Operating Territory At the time of signing your Franchise Agreement you will have selected and we will have approved of the Operating Territory within which you will operate the Franchised Business. (Franchise Agreement, Article 2).
If permitted by law, you may manage your Deck Medic Business from a home based administrative office.
If you elect to lease a back-end administrative office and/or operations center, your administrative office and/or operations center must be located within your Operating Territory and be approved by us;

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Deck Medic grants the franchisee the right to operate a franchised business within a designated operating territory. At the time of signing the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee will have selected and Deck Medic will have approved the operating territory.
The franchisee may manage their Deck Medic business from a home-based administrative office if permitted by law. If the franchisee elects to lease a back-end administrative office or operations center, it must be located within the approved operating territory and be approved by Deck Medic.
