Deck_Medic Franchise · 2024 FDD

Answer from 2024 FDD Document

Subject to market type, availability, and our discretion, at the time of signing your Franchise Agreement, you may request the right to purchase additional territories (each referred to as an "Additional Territory") to be added to your Operating Territory and operated under one Franchise Agreement. Each Additional Territory will be comprised of a population of approximately 400,000 to 600,000 people. Your first Territory and, if applicable, each Additional Territory is referred to collectively as your "Territories" and, individually, as a "Territory."

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, each Additional Territory that a franchisee may purchase is comprised of a population of approximately 400,000 to 600,000 people. This is the same population range as the initial territory. The ability to purchase additional territories is subject to market type, availability, and Deck Medic's discretion.

For a prospective Deck Medic franchisee, this means that when evaluating potential markets, they should consider areas with populations within this range to align with the franchise's territory model. If the franchisee wants to expand, they can request to purchase additional territories, each covering a similar population range.

It's important to note that purchasing additional territories is not guaranteed and depends on Deck Medic's approval based on market conditions and availability. The initial franchise fees for additional territories are discounted as more territories are purchased, as detailed in the table provided in the FDD.
