What This Means (2024 FDD)
I am unable to provide the exact page number in Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Agreement where information on equipment and signs can be found. While the excerpts from the FDD define "System Supplies" as equipment and supplies designated by the franchisor, and "Licensed Marks" as trademarks, service marks, emblems and indicia of origin including the "Deck Medic" trademark and logo, the documents do not specify where these terms are detailed within the Franchise Agreement itself.
A prospective franchisee should carefully review the table of contents and index of the Franchise Agreement, if available, to locate the specific sections that address these topics. It would also be prudent to consult with Deck Medic's franchise representatives to pinpoint the exact location of this information.
Furthermore, a potential franchisee should pay close attention to the sections on required purchases and branding standards to fully understand their obligations regarding equipment and signage. Understanding these requirements is crucial for budgeting and ensuring compliance with Deck Medic's standards.
