What obligation does a Deck Medic franchisee have to continuously and actively operate the Franchised Business?

According to Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the franchisee is an individual, they must participate on a full-time basis in the day-to-day operations of the franchised business as the Managing Owner. If the franchisee is a corporation, the Managing Owner must fulfill this role.
