The Initial Franchise Fee is fully earned by us upon payment. Qualified U.S. Military Veterans and First Responders Discount

For qualified individuals who were honorably discharged from any branch of the United States Military or are First Responders (as defined below), the Initial Franchise Fee shall be discounted by 10%. A "First Responder" is any current or former police officer, firefighter or emergency medical technician who served for more than five years in that capacity. This discount requires documented military service. What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Jeff Konopack is an owner and the Vice President of Franchise Development. He has held this position since the company's formation in January 2016. In his role as Vice President of Franchise Development, Konopack is also the corporate officer in charge of training. He also serves as an owner and operator of affiliate-owned Deck Medic businesses located in Illinois.

Konopack, along with the President, Mike Nastepniak, directs and supervises the initial training for new Deck Medic franchisees. This training utilizes manuals, live instruction, and handouts. The trainers must have satisfactorily completed the initial training program themselves.

This indicates that Konopack is heavily involved in both the strategic growth of the Deck Medic franchise system and the practical training and support provided to new franchisees. His experience as an owner and operator of existing Deck Medic businesses likely informs his approach to franchise development and training.
