What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's Deck Medic Business or Operating Territory is located within the geographic area of an Advertising Cooperative, the franchisee must participate in the cooperative. If an Advertising Cooperative has already been established or is created during the term of the Franchise Agreement for an area that includes the franchisee's business location or territory, the franchisee must fully participate in the Advertising Cooperative.

To become a member, the franchisee must execute all documents required by Deck Medic at Deck Medic's request. By executing these documents, the franchisee agrees to be subject to the terms outlined in those documents.

This means that a Deck Medic franchisee may be required to sign additional agreements or forms to formally join and adhere to the rules of the Advertising Cooperative. The specific nature of these documents is not detailed in this section, but they are intended to ensure the franchisee's compliance with the cooperative's guidelines.
