What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Deck Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Article 9.F. of the Franchise Agreement covers digital media and website requirements. Specifically, all digital media and marketing utilized by the franchisee must receive approval from Deck Medic.
Deck Medic will designate information about the franchisee's Deck Medic business on the www.mydeckmedic.com webpage, or other websites that Deck Medic may designate for the system.
Additionally, Articles 3.G. and 9 of the Franchise Agreement state that Deck Medic strictly controls how franchisees may or may not use websites and digital media. Franchisees must assign all website media and digital media accounts to Deck Medic.
