Our predecessor is Deck Bright Opportunities, Inc., an Illinois corporation with a business address of 966 Lambrecht Road, Frankfort, Illinois 60423 (the "Prior Franchisor") and has been dissolved since 2015. It was formed on December 15, 2011, and previously offered Deck Bright licenses, but neither engaged in any other line of business nor offered franchises in any other line of business. On January 1, 2016, we acquired the assets of the Prior Franchisor related to the System and, on January 1, 2016, we also assumed the role as franchisor of the System.
