  • 7.9 COST CUTTERS IMAGE. The FRANCHISEE acknowledges that the image intended to be portrayed by COST CUTTERS is that of a chain of hairstyling businesses that cater to cost conscious, value-minded customers who are seeking reasonably priced hair care services and products.

Consequently, the FRANCHISEE will sell only those products that have been approved by COST CUTTERS in advance in writing for use and/or resale in Cost Cutters Businesses.
