What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Cost Cutters Family Hair Salon Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise term is 15 years from the salon's opening date. To renew the franchise agreement, a franchisee must provide 180 days' notice before the end of the current term.
Additionally, the franchisee must satisfy all material requirements of the existing Franchise Agreement and pay all outstanding amounts owed to Cost Cutters Family Hair Salon. Another requirement for renewal is that the franchisee must modernize their franchised location to meet current standards.
