4.5 Coffee News Online Services. In addition to the hardcopy Periodical related services, we are proud to announce the release of Coffee News® Online, a new digital companion to our print publication. Coffee News® online will retain many of the same features as the hard copy format used worldwide, but with enhanced features, making Coffee News® more accessible to readers, offering greater marketing opportunities, and generating additional advertising revenue from existing advertisersas well as restaurants at a modest cost. To enroll the Coffee News® Online feature, there are currently two (2) options for enrollment:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Coffee News Franchise Disclosure Document, Coffee News is a periodical, available in both hardcopy and digital formats. The digital version is referred to as "Coffee News Online," which serves as a companion to the print publication. Franchisees have the option to publish the digital format in addition to the hardcopy.
The Coffee News Online version retains many features of the hard copy but includes enhanced features to improve accessibility for readers and provide greater marketing opportunities for advertisers and restaurants. These enhanced features are designed to generate additional advertising revenue.
Coffee News Online offers two enrollment options: Basic and Premium. The Basic service provides the layout of current content, submitted ads, and event postings each Monday. The Premium service includes the Basic service, plus email marketing services provided by third-party contractors, where they will send email marketing messages to contacts each week, using content provided by the franchisee.
