What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Coffee News Franchise Disclosure Document, publishing the digital format of the Periodical, referred to as "Coffee News Online", is optional for franchisees. While franchisees are required to publish the hardcopy version, they have the choice to also publish the digital version.

If a franchisee chooses to publish Coffee News Online, they must pay a one-time enrollment fee. The fee is $100.00 for Chil Consulting and $75.00 for Shadowfox Design.

Coffee News Online offers two service options: Basic and Premium. The Basic service includes the layout of content and ads, a dedicated URL, up to 40 ad spaces, mobile-responsive ads, a sponsorship ad, and the Coffee News® contest. The Premium service includes all the Basic service features, plus email marketing services provided by Chil Consulting and/or Shadow Fox Consulting.
