What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Coffee News's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have the option to add a Coffee News Online feature to their franchise. To enroll in the Coffee News Online feature, a franchisee must pay a one-time enrollment fee of $100. This fee is paid upon enrollment.
Coffee News also offers two different service levels for the online feature: Basic and Premium. The Basic service provides the layout of current content, submitted ads, and event postings each Monday. The Premium service includes the Basic service, plus email marketing services provided by third-party contractors.
It is important to note that all services related to Coffee News Online are provided by third-party contractors hired by Coffee News. The franchisee is responsible for uploading all advertisements and event content into the online system. All enrollment for the Coffee News Online feature must be done through Coffee News, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
