What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Coffee News's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after acquiring the initial franchise, a franchisee who purchases additional hardcopy franchises will owe $25 per additional franchise. The fee for the first 5 additional franchises is due on the first day of the tenth month following the month the initial franchise agreement was signed.

After the initial payment for the first five additional franchises, subsequent payments for each additional group of five or fewer franchises are due every six months thereafter. These payments can be made via credit or debit card, check, or PayPal.

This payment schedule provides franchisees with time to establish their territory before reaching the maximum weekly fee requirement. Franchisees have the option to return the remaining franchises every six months if they cannot put them into operation. If the franchises are not yet operational, franchisees can maintain possession by paying the next level of weekly fees.
