What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Coffee News Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee chooses to enroll in Coffee News Online related services, they must purchase these services from either Shadow Fox Consulting in Valdosta, GA, or Chil Consulting through Coffee News. These companies are identified as third-party contractors hired by Coffee News to provide these online services.
Coffee News offers two options for Coffee News Online: Basic and Premium. The Basic service includes layout of current content, dedicated URL, ad spaces for sale, mobile responsive ads, and a sponsorship ad. The Premium Service, designed for publishers without an email marketing application, includes the Basic service plus email marketing services provided by Chil Consulting and/or Shadow Fox Consulting.
It is important to note that while Coffee News mandates the source for Coffee News Online services, the franchisee is responsible for uploading all advertisements and "What's Happening" events content into the online feature system. Any enrollment in the Coffee News Online feature must be done through Coffee News, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
