Coffee News franchisees must ensure their content is truthful, not misleading, and does not infringe on the rights of others. Franchisees are also required to post disclaimers indicating that the views and content they publish are their own and do not necessarily reflect the position of Coffee News.
These policies reflect common practices in franchising, where franchisors seek to protect their brand image and reputation while allowing franchisees some autonomy in their local marketing efforts. Prospective Coffee News franchisees should carefully review the Social Media Policy and understand their responsibilities for the content they create and share online.
