What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Coffee News' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the weekly fee for the initial hardcopy periodical franchise begins on the first day of the third month following the month the franchise agreement was signed, effectively the fourth month of the agreement. The standard weekly fee is $80. These fees are paid to Coffee News via credit/debit card, check, or PayPal.

For additional hardcopy periodical franchises, the weekly fee is $25 per franchise. This fee is due on the first day of the tenth month following the month the initial franchise agreement was signed, essentially the tenth month of the agreement. Payments continue every six months thereafter for each additional group of five or fewer franchises. These fees are also remitted to Coffee News via credit/debit card, check, or PayPal.

For Coffee News Online Basic Service, the weekly fee is $25, while the Premium Service is $50. These fees are due to Coffee News on the first day of the month following the prior month's services and are payable through credit/debit cards, check, or PayPal. Failure to make weekly fee payments for 60 days from the due date may result in the loss of all franchises and termination of the periodical by Coffee News.
