How can a Coffee News franchisee acquire additional franchise territories?

According to the 2025 Coffee News Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can acquire additional territories by proposing territories to Coffee News. The franchisor will then research and tailor the boundaries of the proposed territory.

Each exclusive territory is based on the 2010 census data for resident population within the selected area. Generally, each franchise territory should have a population of 25,000 - 50,000. Coffee News is flexible regarding how many franchise territories may be available in any geographic area.

It is important to note that franchisees do not have the right of first refusal or similar rights to acquire additional outlets.
