What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Coffee News's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Coffee News USA, Inc. does not operate any other line of businesses within the corporation. However, Coffee News engages in several activities related to supporting its franchise system. It offers Coffee News Online through service agreements with Chil Consulting (since January 4, 2021) and Shadow Fox Consulting (since January 1, 2022), enabling franchisees to publish a digital version of the Coffee News publication.
Coffee News also has a relationship with Coffee News Printing, LLC, a printing company that primarily prints Coffee News editions for publishers, mainly in North America. Although the printing and shipping services were outsourced to a local commercial printer in Bangor, Maine, effective July 1, 2020, Coffee News Printing, LLC retained the design and layout staff and all graphic arts services for Coffee News USA, Inc.
