According to Closet Storage Concepts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Closet Storage Concepts will make available to franchisees all improvements and additions to the franchise during the operation of their business.

Closet Storage Concepts also conducts programs, seminars, or conventions for the benefit of all franchisees, which franchisees must attend upon notification. These events are held at the New Jersey corporate headquarters or another location chosen by Closet Storage Concepts, and franchisees are responsible for all travel and lodging expenses for themselves and their employees, as well as the then-current fee charged by Closet Storage Concepts.

Closet Storage Concepts also provides franchisees with access to its operating system, which consists of digitally stored written materials. These materials contain mandatory and suggested formats, standards, methods, specifications, and procedures prescribed by Closet Storage Concepts and amended periodically. This information is included in the confidential training and operations manual and any other manuals and written materials that Closet Storage Concepts may develop in connection with the franchised business.
