What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Closet Storage Concepts' franchisees are responsible for their own business operations. Specifically, the franchisee is responsible for all employment-related decisions, such as hiring, firing, and setting compensation. Closet Storage Concepts franchisees must also ensure their businesses adhere to ethical standards and maintain the Closet Storage Concepts brand's reputation.

This means that as a Closet Storage Concepts franchisee, you are responsible for all aspects of your business's operation and liable for its actions. You must also maintain the physical condition of the franchise, including repainting and repairing fixtures, as directed by the franchisor. Furthermore, franchisees must provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards of honesty and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

Closet Storage Concepts franchisees must maintain adequate inventory to meet customer demand. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring that their employees understand they are employed by the franchisee, not Closet Storage Concepts. This delineation of responsibility protects Closet Storage Concepts from liabilities arising from the franchisee's business operations.
