According to the 2025 Closet Storage Concepts Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is granted the right to establish and operate one Closet & Storage Concepts business utilizing the Closet & Storage Concepts System and Proprietary Marks. This includes the use of the Proprietary Marks and participation in promotional, advertising, and marketing programs. The franchisee also gains access to proprietary trade secrets, as well as the marketing and business expertise of Closet Storage Concepts, which may be updated periodically.

Closet Storage Concepts also grants franchisees the exclusive right to operate within a specific territory, with certain exceptions.
