- 4.3.3 Conferences. Franchisor may, but is not obligated to, hold annual conferences to discuss sales techniques, personnel training, bookkeeping, accounting, inventory control, performance standards, advertising programs and merchandising procedures.
Franchisor reserves the right to charge a fee for such conference.
Franchisee must pay all its travel and living expenses related to Franchisee's attendance at the conference.
These conferences are held at a location chosen by Franchisor.
Attendance is mandatory for at least one of Franchisee's previous trainees.
