What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the uniform specifications and standards for Cinnaholic employees are detailed within the Operations Manual.
The franchisee is responsible for ensuring that they and their employees adhere to all requirements outlined in the Operations Manual. This includes specifications, standards, business practices, and policies established by Cinnaholic. The Operations Manual may consist of printed manuals, computerized documents or software, information provided on the internet or an extranet, audiotapes, videotapes, or any other medium Cinnaholic adopts periodically.
The Operations Manual contains information and specifications concerning the standards and specifications of the Cinnaholic system, the development and operation of the Bakery and any other information and advice Cinnaholic may periodically provide to its franchisees. Cinnaholic may update and change the Operations Manual periodically to reflect changes in the Cinnaholic System and the operating requirements applicable to Cinnaholic Bakeries. Franchisees are required to comply with these updates within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 days after notification, if no specific time is given.
Franchisees must maintain an up-to-date copy of the Operations Manual at the Bakery in a secure location, restricting employee access to a need-to-know basis. In case of any disagreement regarding the contents of the Operations Manual, Cinnaholic's master copy will be the controlling reference. Upon termination of the franchise agreement, the franchisee must return all copies of the Operations Manual to Cinnaholic.
