This Disclosure Document will refer to the person or entity that buys the franchise from us as "you" or "your", and the term includes your partners if you are a partnership, your members if you are a limited liability company, or your shareholders if you are a corporation. If you are a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company, your owners will have to guarantee your obligations and be obligated to comply with the terms of the franchise agreement and ancillary documents described in this Disclosure Document.
