What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic has the right to terminate an individual's training program under specific circumstances. These circumstances include if the individual: behaves in an unprofessional, disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory manner during training; is under the influence of any stimulant during training; or does not satisfy any other training prerequisites outlined in the Operations Manual or otherwise communicated by Cinnaholic.
If Cinnaholic determines that an individual does not meet these requirements, they can terminate the training. Furthermore, the franchisee is then obligated to immediately designate a replacement for the terminated individual.
This policy ensures that all individuals participating in Cinnaholic training programs maintain a professional and respectful environment, adhere to the required standards, and are fit to perform their duties. It also places the onus on the franchisee to ensure that replacements are readily available if Cinnaholic deems someone unsuitable during training.
