What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic may provide onsite assistance and training at the bakery if requested by the franchisee and if Cinnaholic's personnel are available. However, Cinnaholic reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for this onsite assistance, in addition to expenses and costs incurred by Cinnaholic in providing such assistance.
This means that while Cinnaholic may offer to send its personnel to a franchisee's location for additional training, it is not obligated to do so. The availability of this service is at Cinnaholic's discretion. If Cinnaholic agrees to provide onsite training, the franchisee should anticipate incurring costs for the service itself, as well as covering the expenses Cinnaholic incurs, such as travel and accommodation for its personnel.
It is important to note that Cinnaholic also provides counseling and advisory services regarding various aspects of the bakery's operations, such as equipment selection, employee training, and advertising. These services are typically provided at Cinnaholic's offices or via telephone or e-mail at no expense to the franchisee. However, Cinnaholic reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for unusual, extensive, or extraordinary assistance requested by the franchisee and/or require the franchisee to reimburse Cinnaholic for expenses incurred in connection with providing such counseling and advisory services.
