What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic is not required to approve a supplier or item if the supplier or item does not meet their standards and specifications. If a franchisee wishes to purchase an item from a supplier that Cinnaholic has not previously approved, or an item that does not comply with their standards and specifications, the franchisee must submit a written request for approval, unless the item has been designated to be exclusively supplied by a designated supplier.

Cinnaholic will require the proposed supplier to provide financial and operational information and permit inspections of their facilities. The proposed supplier or the franchisee must pay for the costs of any evaluation, testing, and inspections. Cinnaholic will notify the franchisee in writing of their approval or disapproval, generally within 90 days.

Cinnaholic retains the right to deny approval for any reason, including limiting the number of approved suppliers. The franchisee cannot use, offer for sale, or sell any product from the proposed supplier until written approval is received. This process ensures that all products used in the Cinnaholic franchise system meet the franchisor's standards for quality and uniformity.
