What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic has the right to specify the third parties that franchisees must contract with for customer service, shopper experience, food safety, or other service programs. These programs are designed to audit, survey, evaluate, or inspect business operations.
This means that as a Cinnaholic franchisee, you may be required to use specific vendors chosen by Cinnaholic for services like customer feedback analysis or food safety inspections. You do not have the freedom to select your own providers for these services.
The franchisee is responsible for bearing the costs associated with these third-party programs and the level of participation required. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential expenses when evaluating the overall cost of operating a Cinnaholic franchise.
