The issuance date of this Franchise Disclosure Document is May 9, 2025 (except those states listed on Exhibit K to this Disclosure Document that have a different effective date).
We authorize the respective agents identified on Exhibit A to receive service of process for us in the particular states.
I received a Disclosure Document from Cinnaholic Franchising, LLC dated May 9, 2025, that included the following Exhibits:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cinnaholic Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit L includes receipts. The FDD also states that you will receive a Disclosure Document from Cinnaholic Franchising, LLC dated May 9, 2025, that includes Exhibit L. This receipt serves as an acknowledgment that you received the FDD and its exhibits.
Cinnaholic is legally required to provide the Franchise Disclosure Document to you within a specific timeframe before you sign any binding agreements or make payments. This period is generally 14 calendar days, but certain states, like New York, may require the FDD to be provided at the first personal meeting discussing the franchise sale or at least 10 business days before signing any agreement or making a payment.
The FDD also mentions a Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire, which you cannot sign or date on the same day you sign the Receipt for the Franchise Disclosure Document. However, you must sign and date the Questionnaire on the same day you sign the Development Agreement and/or Franchise Agreement and pay your development and/or franchise fee.
If Cinnaholic does not deliver the Disclosure Document on time, or if the document contains false, misleading, or omits material information, it could be a violation of federal and state laws. In such cases, you should report this to the Federal Trade Commission and the appropriate state agency.
