According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, individuals participating in training programs offered by Cinnaholic must adhere to specific requirements. These individuals must conduct themselves in a professional, non-disruptive, non-harassing, and nondiscriminatory manner throughout the training. Furthermore, they are prohibited from being under the influence of any stimulant during training sessions.

In addition to these behavioral and substance-related requirements, participants must also satisfy any other training prerequisites outlined in the Operations Manual or communicated separately by Cinnaholic. Cinnaholic retains the authority to terminate the training of any individual who, in their judgment, fails to meet these requirements.

If Cinnaholic terminates an individual's training, the franchisee is obligated to promptly designate a replacement.
