During operations hours, a Manager who has successfully completed the initial training program must at all times be at the Bakery. In the event that a Manager ceases active employment at the Bakery, Franchisee must notify Franchisor within 5 days of cessation of the Manager's employment at the Bakery and enroll a qualified replacement in the initial management training program within 30 days of cessation of such Manager's employment. Franchisor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive all or a portion of the training program required under this Section.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a trained manager must be present at the bakery during all operating hours. Specifically, Cinnaholic requires that two individuals are designated as managers who will devote their full time and best efforts to managing the bakery.
These managers must complete the initial management training program to the satisfaction of Cinnaholic before the bakery can open. During operating hours, at least one manager who has successfully completed this initial training must be present at the bakery at all times.
If a manager leaves their position, the franchisee must notify Cinnaholic within 5 days and enroll a qualified replacement in the initial management training program within 30 days. Cinnaholic retains the right to waive all or part of this training program at its discretion. This ensures that a knowledgeable individual is always available, maintaining the quality and standards of the Cinnaholic brand.
