What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic may require franchisees to maintain contracts or participate in Cinnaholic's contracts with third parties that offer customer service, shopper experience, food safety, or other service programs. These programs are designed to audit, survey, evaluate, or inspect business operations. Cinnaholic has the right to specify the third parties involved and the required level of participation in these programs. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with maintaining these contracts or participating in these programs.
This means that as a Cinnaholic franchisee, you might be obligated to engage with specific third-party service providers for things like customer feedback analysis, mystery shopper programs, or food safety inspections. Cinnaholic can dictate which providers you use and how involved you need to be in these programs.
It's important to note that the franchisee will bear the financial burden of these contracts and program participation. This could add to the overall operating costs of the franchise. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical costs associated with these programs and factor them into their financial projections. Understanding the scope and cost of these required third-party contracts is crucial for assessing the financial viability of a Cinnaholic franchise.
