Services During Operation. During the operation of your Bakery, we will:

  • (a) Give you periodic guidance (as we deem necessary) about (i) the methods and procedures to be utilized at the Bakery; (ii) advertising and promotion; (iii) recipes, food formulas and specifications; (iv) bookkeeping and accounting; (v) purchasing and inventory control; (vi) inspections; and (vii) new developments and improvements to the CINNAHOLIC® franchise system. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic will provide periodic guidance, as deemed necessary, on purchasing and inventory control during the operation of your bakery. This is part of the services Cinnaholic offers during the operation of the bakery.

In addition to periodic guidance, Cinnaholic requires franchisees to install a POS (Point of Sale) system before opening their bakery. This system, which currently uses Square POS, must be used to keep inventory control, post product and service sales, sales tax, refunds, and credits, and maintain customer information. The initial cost of the POS system, including one year of support services, is approximately $1,000 to $2,000. Franchisees are responsible for maintaining the POS system in good working order and for any necessary upgrades or updates.

Cinnaholic will have access to the franchisee's bakery's information and data on the Portal, as well as the right to poll the POS system to retrieve and compile information concerning the bakery. Franchisees must also provide Cinnaholic with information on all delivery service applications being used and all current login identification and passwords for any delivery applications or software being used. Cinnaholic also charges a Monthly Technology Fee of $250, which may change, to cover the electronic loyalty and rewards program costs and integration with the POS system.
