What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic will provide periodic guidance, as deemed necessary, regarding new developments and improvements to the Cinnaholic franchise system during the operation of your bakery. This guidance is part of the broader support Cinnaholic offers during the franchise's operation, which also includes methods and procedures, advertising and promotion, recipes, bookkeeping, purchasing, and inspections.

This support is crucial for franchisees as it ensures they stay updated with the latest advancements and changes within the Cinnaholic system. By receiving guidance on new developments, franchisees can adapt their business practices to align with the brand's evolving standards and strategies. This can help maintain consistency across all franchise locations and enhance the overall customer experience.

However, the FDD states that the guidance is provided "as we deem necessary," which means Cinnaholic has discretion over the frequency and extent of the support. Franchisees should proactively seek clarification from Cinnaholic regarding the specific types of new developments and improvements they can expect to receive guidance on, as well as the typical frequency and methods of communication used to disseminate this information.
