When is the Cinnaholic Project Manager/Coordinator Fee payable?

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Project Manager/Coordinator Fee of $1,795 is payable if, at the time you sign your Franchise Agreement, you have selected and Cinnaholic approves a location for your bakery. This fee is for Cinnaholic to monitor your bakery's project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and help expedite preconstruction activities with the goal of expediting your bakery opening.

Like the Market Development Fee and the Franchise Fee, the Project Manager/Coordinator Fee is not refundable under any circumstances. This means that once paid, the $1,795 fee will not be returned to you, regardless of any issues that may arise during the opening process.
