The initial training program will last a minimum of 1 week (5 to 7 days) per attendee and will be comprised of in-Bakery training in a CINNAHOLIC® approved facility. Training will occur at a training facility in Atlanta, Georgia or at another training facility that we will designate. Training will be conducted as often as we deem necessary, in a predetermined schedule designated by the Training Department.

The initial training program for Cinnaholic lasts a minimum of one week, which is about 5 to 7 days for each attendee. Cinnaholic conducts training as often as they deem necessary, following a predetermined schedule set by the Training Department.
A prospective Cinnaholic franchisee must send at least one manager to become certified through the training program for each location they plan to open and operate. While there is no training or registration fee for these managers, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses, including transportation, lodging, meals, and compensation, for the managers attending the training.
