What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests onsite assistance and Cinnaholic personnel are available, Cinnaholic reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for this assistance. In addition to the fee, Cinnaholic may also charge the franchisee for expenses and costs incurred while rendering such assistance.

This means that if a Cinnaholic franchisee needs extra help at their bakery location, they may request Cinnaholic to send someone to provide onsite support and training. However, this service is not free. Cinnaholic has the discretion to determine a reasonable fee for the onsite assistance itself.

Furthermore, the franchisee will also be responsible for covering any expenses Cinnaholic incurs while providing this onsite support. These expenses could include travel costs, accommodation, and other related costs. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that while Cinnaholic may offer support, it comes at an additional cost, and these costs can vary depending on the extent and nature of the assistance required.
