for business within 12 months after Franchisor's execution of the Franchise Agreement for the Bakery. Franchisor and its agents shall have the right to inspect the construction site at any reasonable time without prior notice. To the extent applicable, Developer agrees to give Franchisor written notice (i) at least 10 days before the pouring of the concrete slab for the Bakery and (ii) immediately after completion of the electrical and mechanical rough-ins to enable Franchisor to inspect the construction site at such times. Developer shall correct, upon Franchisor's request and at Developer's expense, any deviation from any accepted site or construction plans or specifications. Developer acknowledges and agrees that Franchisor has the right to designate the General Contractor and Architectural Firm
