What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a developer deviates from the accepted site or construction plans or specifications, they must correct the deviation at their own expense if Cinnaholic requests it. Cinnaholic also retains the right to inspect the construction site at reasonable times without prior notice.
Cinnaholic provides standard architectural plans and specifications for a prototype bakery. The developer must employ an Architectural Firm to furnish proposed preliminary site and construction plans and specifications, adopted from Cinnaholic's prototype plans, for Cinnaholic's written acceptance. These accepted plans cannot be modified without Cinnaholic's prior written consent.
Cinnaholic has the right to inspect the construction site and can request corrections to any deviations. The developer bears the financial responsibility for these corrections. This ensures that each Cinnaholic location adheres to the brand's standards and specifications, maintaining consistency across all franchises. While Cinnaholic may offer counseling and advisory services, the developer is ultimately responsible for ensuring the construction aligns with the approved plans.
