THIS TELEPHONE LISTING AGREEMENT (the "Telephone Listing Agreement") is made and entered into as of the day of 20 (the "Effective Date"), by and between CINNAHOLIC FRANCHISING, LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company (hereinafter the "Franchisor"), and (the "Franchisee").
