As you know, Cinnaholic Franchising, LLC ("we", "us" or "our") and you are preparing to enter into a Development Agreement and Franchise Agreement for the operation of a CINNAHOLIC® franchise.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cinnaholic Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic Franchising, LLC is the franchisor in the Development Agreement. This entity grants the rights and licenses to franchisees to develop and operate a Cinnaholic bakery.
As the franchisor, Cinnaholic Franchising, LLC is responsible for upholding its obligations as outlined in the franchise agreement. This includes providing the franchisee with the right to use the Cinnaholic system, marks, and operational methods at the designated franchised site. Cinnaholic also has the right to modify and improve the Cinnaholic system, which the franchisee must then implement.
Prospective franchisees should understand that Cinnaholic Franchising, LLC retains certain rights, such as establishing other Cinnaholic bakeries outside the franchisee's territory and utilizing trademarks not designated as 'Marks' for other ventures. Franchisees are expected to maintain the uniformity and standards of the Cinnaholic system to uphold the brand's reputation.
