What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to specific health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to maintain the reputation of the Cinnaholic brand. This obligation is part of a broader requirement to comply with all aspects of the Cinnaholic system and the Operations Manual. This includes preparing and selling products and services according to the franchisor's specifications, standards, business practices, and policies.

In practical terms, a Cinnaholic franchisee is responsible for ensuring their bakery meets the health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards outlined in the Operations Manual. These standards are not limited to food preparation but extend to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the premises. The franchisee must ensure that their employees and agents also adhere to these standards.

Failure to comply with these standards could lead to a breach of the franchise agreement and potential consequences, as maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence is of utmost importance to Cinnaholic. Franchisees should carefully review the Operations Manual and any updates to fully understand their obligations regarding health, sanitation, and cleanliness. Franchisees are also expected to participate in programs designed to audit, survey, evaluate, or inspect business operations, including food safety.
