What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Cinnaholic Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure their employees comply with the standards and requirements of the Cinnaholic system. This includes adhering to specifications, standards, business practices, and policies set by Cinnaholic, as detailed in the Operations Manual. These standards cover various aspects of the bakery's operation, including health, sanitation, and cleanliness.

The Cinnaholic franchisee is responsible for implementing a training program approved by Cinnaholic for all employees. They must ensure that no unqualified person is employed and that all employees complete the required training. Additional training programs may be required by Cinnaholic for the franchisee, managers, and employees, and the franchisee might need to purchase training materials as specified in the Operations Manual.

Cinnaholic emphasizes the importance of uniformity in appearance, services, products, and advertising across all franchise locations to maintain the brand's reputation. While the FDD does not explicitly detail specific appearance guidelines, it implies that such guidelines exist within the Operations Manual. Therefore, franchisees must consult the Operations Manual to understand the specific requirements for employee appearance and ensure compliance to maintain the standards of the Cinnaholic system.
