What must a Cinnaholic franchisee use at their Bakery?

You will operate a CINNAHOLIC® Bakery, at your expense, as an independent business utilizing our business format, procedures, designs, trade dress, standards, specifications, and methods of operation. You must use the CINNAHOLIC® franchise system at your Bakery, which includes, without limitation, the common use and promotion of the name CINNAHOLIC® and other service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, signs, slogans, insignia and other commercial symbols we may designate periodically (collectively, the "Marks"); distinctive food products, recipes and quality standards; procedures for inventory and management control; training; advertising and promotional programs; and ongoing assistance. We may periodically add or delete products and/or services and change specifications, standards, procedures, and methods of operation, and you will be expected to follow suit. You will offer and provide products and services to the general public, at all times complying with the Franchise Agreement and our confidential operations manual (the "Operations Manual") that will be loaned to you at the time of training. You may only offer services and products that we have previously approved.

According to the 2025 Cinnaholic Franchise Disclosure Document, as a franchisee, you must operate your Cinnaholic bakery utilizing the Cinnaholic franchise system. This includes the consistent use and promotion of the Cinnaholic name and associated trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, emblems, signs, slogans, insignia, and other commercial symbols designated by Cinnaholic.
In addition to branding, the Cinnaholic franchise system also encompasses distinctive food products, recipes, and quality standards. Franchisees are required to adhere to specific procedures for inventory and management control, participate in training programs, and engage in advertising and promotional activities. Ongoing assistance will also be provided by Cinnaholic. It is important to note that Cinnaholic may periodically add or remove products and/or services, as well as modify specifications, standards, procedures, and methods of operation, and franchisees are expected to adapt to these changes.
Furthermore, franchisees are obligated to offer and provide products and services to the general public in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and the confidential operations manual. Franchisees are restricted to offering only those services and products that have received prior approval from Cinnaholic. This ensures consistency and quality across all franchise locations, maintaining the brand's reputation and customer expectations.
