What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the developer must provide written notice to Cinnaholic immediately after completing the electrical and mechanical rough-ins. This notification allows Cinnaholic to inspect the construction site at that time.

In addition to notifying Cinnaholic after the electrical and mechanical rough-ins, the developer must also provide written notice at least 10 days before pouring the concrete slab for the bakery. This advance notice also enables Cinnaholic to inspect the construction site during this phase.

The developer is responsible for correcting any deviations from the accepted site or construction plans and specifications at their own expense, should Cinnaholic identify any issues during their inspections. Cinnaholic also has the right to inspect the construction site at any reasonable time without prior notice.
