You must conduct the business operated at your Bakery as required by the Operations Manual and the Franchise Agreement. You must offer and sell only those products and services approved by us. Further, you must offer all goods and services that we designate as required for all franchisees. These required goods and services include custom gourmet cinnamon rolls and baked goods, and other food products and beverages. We have the right to add additional authorized goods and services that you must offer. This means that we have the right to require you to carry the required menu items that we dictate and that we determine are appropriate for CINNAHOLIC® Bakeries. There are no limits on our right to make modifications to our approved menu, whether by a change in the Operations Manual or through an amendment to the Franchise Agreement or by another form of written directive.

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnaholic dictates the menu items that franchisees are required to offer. Cinnaholic retains the right to add or modify the approved menu at any time through changes to the Operations Manual, amendments to the Franchise Agreement, or other written directives.
This means that as a Cinnaholic franchisee, you must offer all menu items that Cinnaholic deems necessary and appropriate for the bakeries. Cinnaholic has the authority to make changes to the approved menu, and franchisees are obligated to adhere to these changes. This ensures uniformity across all Cinnaholic locations and allows Cinnaholic to adapt to changing consumer preferences or market trends.
As a franchisee, you are unable to deviate from the formulas, recipes, or specifications of materials and ingredients of food as specified by Cinnaholic, without prior written consent. You must adhere to the menu and all changes, alterations, additions, and subtractions as specified by Cinnaholic. You must also follow all specifications of Cinnaholic as to the uniformity of products and weight, quality, and quantity of unit products served and sold, and serve and sell only such menu items as are designated by Cinnaholic. Franchisees are not allowed to sell any additional food and/or drink items or any other merchandise of any kind without prior written approval from Cinnaholic.
