What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Architectural Firm is defined as one or more suppliers of design and/or architecture services designated by Cinnaholic to provide such services to the Cinnaholic system.
Cinnaholic has the option to authorize the General Contractor to select an Architectural Firm to assist in developing the bakery, or they may waive this requirement altogether. The franchisee, referred to as the Developer, is responsible for employing the Architectural Firm to furnish a proposed preliminary site and construction plans and specifications to Cinnaholic for written acceptance. These plans must be adapted from prototype plans provided by Cinnaholic and cannot be modified without prior written consent from Cinnaholic.
The franchisee is required to sign contracts or agreements to secure the services of the Architectural Firm. This process ensures that the bakery's design and construction align with Cinnaholic's brand standards and operational requirements. Cinnaholic also retains the right to limit the number of approved Architectural Firms, giving them further control over the design and construction process.
